I just had operation on my right eye. I have to be careful by avoiding water entering my right eye. Now i am doing tayamum. How should I perform gushl in this condition of mine?

If a person can’t make full ghusul due to an affected area, he must wipe over it if it is a bandage. If this is also not possible, he must perform total ghusul with the exception of that affected are and offer tayammum to compensate not washing that affected area.

There was a pant which I washed after it had Maniy on it and madhiy too.I wore it after washing, the next morning I noticed traces of Madhiy on it and but was because it wasnt washed properly. Should I repeat my prayers duhr Asr Maghtib Isha that I offered?

As long as it was washed, and touched by water, this is sufficient for washing off mathi.

Can women in menses take wudu'(ablution). I am being informed that it is a sin for a women in menses to take wudu as they are in a state of impurity.Is this true because as what I know, we are encouraged to have wudu at most of the time?

You shouldn’t make wudhu while in menses.

Can a man urinate while standing but the urine does not taught his clothes or part of his body?

When I was praying thuhr, after two rakah I realized I had sexual impurity because I had wet my pant at night. I was confused and I just went on and prayed. Is my prayer valid or I had to go out of the salah and take shower?

If you had a wet dream the prayer is not valid and you must perform ghusul. You should have interrupted your prayer immediately.

Does handling vegetables/fruits with mud on them (like the unwashed vegetables from market) break wudu or not?

No, this doesn’t affect your wudhu.

If there is urine on bed, slightly dropped off clothes and if I sit on the bed after 10 hours, does that nullify my wudhu? Or does it transfer impurities to my dress? And should I wash my bed and sheets and blankets before sleeping?

As long as it was dried, it can’t transfer to you unless you are wet! Both ways, it doesn’t affect your wudhu but if transferred to your body or clothes due to wetness in you, this area becomes najis and should be washed

I wanted to know are if a person has to perform more than one ghusl if he had lawful sexual intercourse and masturbuated? Or is one ghusl sufficient to pray?

I am a university student and for the past 10 months waswas of shaytan has effected me. It started with just small doubt and me acting on it to the extent that my mind is full of doubts when I try to ignore it. This happens especially during purification and prayer. Specifically when I urinate, I always have doubts that some drops came out then for each salah I wash myself and my underwear then go do wudho and then pray and then again I smell my garments to check if urine came out or not. Sometimes I find smell and most of the time I don’t so this increases the waswas. When I pray I always think about if urine came out or no which causes my stomach to bloat and it makes me feel like urine came out but as soon as prayer is over my stomach is back to normal. Every single day I wake up with determination to ignore it. I succeed for 3 or so days then as soon as I act upon on doubt again I go back to that state. I have been ignoring it for so long and I didnt discuss with anyone but my prayers are being effected. I miss standing for prayer for long time and the kushoo. A shiekh told me to ignore it completely and even if urine make out in reality then it will not be taken against me as I am effected by waswas. Can you please tell me any methods that will not be taken against me or should I keep on checking my garments after salah?

These are waswas and you must try your best to fight them. Just make sure you perform your wudhu correctly, clean your private part with water after going to the bathroom, and do not think about if any urine was left or not.
