Sir I have filled form for Hajj 2018 with my mother in law.as I m her mahram. My wife’s sister also wants to perform Hajj. Is she allowed to come with us since her mother is also coming as her father is no more and she no brother nor she is married

My dad dsnt allow mixing. From my last question about male cousin i meant he has ended the kinship with me because once he insulted me for my Salafi aqeda and my father scolded him for his behavior. It was not in a mix gathering but he interrupted in my talk with my cousin sister. So am i obliged to keep kinship with a male cousin who has ended the kinship and even dsnt reply 2 Salam.

Is it true that a woman should be concealed so much so that even her cousins that are non mahram should not know her hair colour and how her hair is like? Curly, silky, smooth? Is it permissible to let a bit of hair come out of her hijab? And what should I do about my cousins wife who doesnt wear proper hijab? Tell her or the husband politely?
