Is there any difference of opinion with regards to the permissibility of killing the one insults Muhammad (salla Allahu alayhi wasallam) by a normal person like me? I don’t intend to do so. I always thought it was Haram for us and only the ruler can do so. But someone said to me that some scholars have allowed it so I need to make sure.

If, in the future, an Islamic nation ever gets more advanced than the kuffar in terms of military service, number and technology, then will offensive jihaad become mandated upon that nation against those people who revile the Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam), if the ruler thinks it to be fit? Or is it not necessary?

If this ever happens, such Jihad is needed.

Recent attack on french magazine office, can it be taken as jihad? As its mentined in hadith iman has 3 levels. If you see something wrong, either stop it with hands or speak out and stop it verbally or the least is just to pray in the heart . So going by this logic, I feel its correct.. Please explain.

Is it permissible to specially plan a travel to dubai, such that we can witness the spectacular fireworks on 31st dec night. I personally feel its haraam ,what they are doing is an absolute waste of money and shameful keeping the condition of syria palestine etc in mind. This is not permissible.

I heard an Islamic speaker say that whether the system is of democracy, theocracy, dictatorship, kingship or any other system, it does not matter as long as they rule by the book of Allaah. Is it correct? Also if the shariah is established, how will a Khalifah be chosen? Since in democracy every single person from the country votes but Abu Bakr(ra) or Umar (ra) was chosen by few companions not by the every single member of the Ummah.

If we implement Shariah, democracy will not exist as it is against shariah!

There are 2 schools here in Jordan that are affiliated with the habashiyyah sect and they are quietly spreading their corruption under the guise of imam shafiyy, (may Allah have mercy on him). Are we responsible to make the parents of the children who are attending this school, know what’s happening to their kids, or should we assume they have chosen this path? It will likely cause some public turmoil. Who is responsible for stopping their corruption here?

Regarding the kidnapping of a humanitarian worker alan hening by lsis, some guy said “In the Quran it is not allowed for you to feel sorry for non-Muslims.” is this true at all?

This is wrong and totally prohibited to kidnap such a person and it is permissible to feel sorry for him as he was helping Muslims and he was non combatant.

Prophet’s Salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam time as we read in seerah books; Sahaba karaam (rdiyAllahu anhu) used to cut kuffaar neck by sword. Is there any difference between beheading and cutting neck with sword?

This is not true. As for al Baghdadi, I don’t know anything about him.

Suppose there was a Hindu majority country faced with oppression by the government. Muslims come in and remove the tyrannical government and establish an Islamic Caliphate. Is the Caliph supposed to remove the Hindu temples and religious monuments or should they let them be?
