It is not permissible for a woman to appear on TV or on YouTube as she would be exposing herself to men who would look at her and that is not permissible.

Is it an obligation 4 women 2 cover their hair at home in front of their Mahram men at home ?

Yes, it is permissible providing you serve females and avoid mixing with men and adhere to the dress code of Muslims which includes Hijab and loose clothes that don’t reveal the body curves.

If a lady is under treatment for infertility and the doctor has to examin her daily via her vergina, is it compulsary for her to take bath for prayer?

If a hundred women looked at the ankles of a hundred men, none of them woukd be turned on. But if the opposite took place, at least 60% of the men would not lower their gaze and would be tempted.

I wanted to know if it is permissible for me to do “Body Massage”after delivery at my home with a Non- Muslim / Muslim lady.I have to uncover in front of her above my navel and below the navel will be covered during the Massage but she will also be giving me a bath as well.

If it is for medical reasons, this is permissible. Giving you a bath is not permissible as this is not necessity.

I live in a non-muslim country and I am planning to become a surgeon and I currently wear trousers when learning surgery in the hospital and I cant wear anything else because its not sterile.I have to wear what they give me when entering the operating room. Is this permissible?

It is not permissible for you to wear such clothes as it is against Islam. You must ask them to allow you at least to wear a long white robe as doctor usually wear if not in surgery

I’m aware that Isbal applies to women also – but there is the exception for a woman’s abaya to drag when going outside. What about the white wedding dress which leaves a trail?

It is an issue of dispute. Personally, I don’t think that the hadeeth of Isbal refers to women and therefore, it is permissible to wear such a wedding dress.

Sheikh, if I do niqab and cover my whole body properly and fulfill all requirements of hijab.Then is it okay to have a bunch on the head as many saudi women keep? will that be like the camel’s hump that is mentioned in a hadeeth and is forbidden?
