a sister told me to read 10 ayat of bakarak and 3 last of bakarah after fajir.and since i do that when i can for the past 5years….is it sunnah or not to keep doing it?

This is not from the sunnah! Ayatol Kursi should be recited after fard prayers!

Please what is the basis of closing one’s du’a (supplication) by saying “Subhana Rabbika Rabbil Izzati Amma Yasifoon, Was-Salamun Alal Mursalin, Walhamdu Lillahi Rabbil ‘Alamin.” (the last 3 verses of Suratul Saffat) & is it fine to do so?

This is permissible but the sunnah is not to prolong it! You can make this Duaa while in sujood.

You make them physically weak by ruqya, constant Thikr especially in the morning, evening, after five daily prayers and before going to bed.
