I don’t believe that a credit card company would give you an interest free loan. There must be a condition or a limit to pay this loan which if you don’t, they will take interest.

If a person has taken loan of very big amount from a bank and he pays it on installments, for example in 6 years as he has other expenses as well rent of the home, bills, and school fees of children

. The government helps people who have financial problems,can that person take help from these government institution for his children’s school? ……………………………………………. This is something you only can answer. If he is poor and needy, he may take that money.

There is an apartment leased to a person by the owner. This person didnt get family visa so he is sub leasing to me as i am looking for apartment. I think this person is sub leasing me for a bit high price than the original rent.

In my country, there is this increased Muslim awareness on Takaful insurance. It is run by a riba-based banked but the Islamic finance division is managed by Muslims. Is this concept permissible?

I believe that this is not permissible. However, if the government is enforcing you to ensure your car for example, you must go to Takaful rather than your conventional insurance company.
