They can marry if they had repented sincerely, separated and stopped having intercourse until she gets her menses.

(2) Will Allaah accepts the worship of the children if they truly practice Islam and die in it. (3) If the parents truly repented are their sins and that of the children forgivable by Allaah? After a few months of marriage, I came to know about husband’s adultery affairs and illegitimate relationships with many ladies. After that, I tried to make him frighten about its consequences in Dunya and Akhira but he In fact suppressed me in many ways. Now what do I do? This is totally prohibited as it would be exposing Your sins and Allah will punish you for that and would make your husband hate you for it!

Me and my family and the girl and her family are completely in an agreement that within following 6 months I will be getting married in sha Allah.Meanwhile if there lies any need to chat with girl for some discussions, is it permissible and with assurance there happens no means of fahash talks just point to point discussion related to our future life?
