Sheikh, i want to change my life and make tawbah and repent for having a boyfriend. But i can not because the guy told me that he will kill himself if i break up with him. What should I do?

Obey Allah and cut all communications with him. If he kills himself, he will go straight to hell ALONE. But if you keep talking to him, you will join him.

She is sinful for doing all this. If she really wants to repent then she should show deep remorse and sincerely repent and never fall into this again and surround herself with righteous people and do deeds which are liked by Allah.

You must not have any communication with her as she is a total stranger to you. Approach her Muslim wali for her hand in marriage. If she doesn’t have one, the Muslim judge or the authorized Imam of the Islamic center becomes her Wali.

This is not accepted and they are committing zina. A woman’s nikah is not valid without her wali’s permission and there must be 2 male witnesses and not two females.

I really want to help my best friend who is in a reationship with a guy . Of course! Dating and sexual relationships before marriage is a sin! Marrying someone like this without repenting is void. If a person wants to rectify this, they both must repent and express remorse and they must renew the marriage if he married her while still dating.
