If Imam can recite from his memory some short Surah (few) and in Taraweeh he read other Surah from written Quran (Masfah), it is correct or not.

No problem.

My question is when in salah first of all we recite the fatiha and then add it with some other surah. Now, can we pray like first we recite the fatiha then adding any other surah to it we add fatiha again can we pray like that ? Because one person was saying that the whole of quran consists of surahs where fatiha is also a surah so what difference will it make if we recite fatiha and then fatiha. Is this act permissible or what is the correct verdict.

Technically, this is permissible but it would be something innovated as it was not done by the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam or his companions

I was prayin in the mosque when one lady came and asked me to move closer to the person next to me on the left side. But another lady came and said that I.should move to right side as the saf begins from the right side.Which side should we move to full the saf ?

You should move to the direction of the Imam which is the center of the row regardless of where you are standing.

Sheikh, can azan be proclaimed in the house after ih had already been done in the Masjid so as to have a congregation prayer in the house.

It shouldn’t be as the athan in the masjid is enough. Besides, women are not allowed to make athan.

Should we pray Tahajjud (Laylat al-Qadr not taraweeh) in Ramadan with congregation in the Mosque like it is done in Saudi Arabia or is it ok to perform Tahajjud individually at one’s home, which of these is more rewarding?

It is best prayed in the masjid with the Imam.

I have a question that “should we recite surah fatiha in 3rd & 4th rakats of farz namaz while I am in jamaat namaz after an Imaam”?……plz tell me ….there as so many confusion about this

Yes ,it is obligatory for you to recite al fatiha.

Can i pray 4 rakat sunnah of asr before asr adhan ? same with 4 sunnah of Isha and Dhuhr please.

It can only be prayed after the athan and before praying your fard.

When exactly does that last part of night start is it form Isha prayer or after isha prayer?

The last part of the night is two to three hours before fajr time. This depends on the length of the night which begins at sunset and ends at the break of dawn.

If an Imam sits in the first raka’a of sallah that has only two raka’as, but he is immedietly reminded and he stands up and bring the second raka’a. What will he do to complete the sallah?

He should perform the prostration of forgetfulness before giving taslim.

Sheikh, I have a question from a prisoner in America he wants to know, If a inmate non-believer ask to make prayer with the believers do we have the right to deny him? It’s not like we know what’s in his heart, whose to say after making salat with us that Allah will chose to make him a believer. Some people are saying that we should tell him that he needs to get into wudo and explain to him that we are praying to Allah and Allah only. Then you have others saying that he is in a state of disbelief so he can not enter the ranks until he takes his shahada. Please ask one of the Sheikh on this matter. To me it’s just like the man who killed 99 men and died before he became a believer. How can you say what’s in his heart, who are we except slaves of Allah.
