It is permissible to pray behind anyone whose prayer is valid for himself. Therefore, if the Imam of this masjid is a Muslim and doesn’t nullify his Islam, you can pray behind him but if he calls the saints and slaughter to their graves, this is major Shirk and you can’t pray behind him.

Is there any sunnah mouakkida in any of the five prayers that contain 4 rakats ? Because usually in India & Pakistan i see people pray 4 rakats sunnah salah in zuhr , asr , isha usually.

Only before thuhur, the sunnah is 4 rakah. Scholars differ whether it should be 2 x 2 or straight 4. The most authentic is to pray 2 and then 2.
