If i am praying my fardh salah and the adhaan is being said for next fardh salah. Is salah still valid. For example, if i am praying my Zohor prayer when it is almost coming to an end. While i am praying, and the adhaan is being said for Asr prayer, is my salah still considered valid?

I have been working in a company that doesn’t allow employees to pray even though the owner is Muslim.
