When I join the congregation late then in the last Tashahud with the congregation should I only read Attahiyat or Durood-e-Ibrahim should also be read? A sister always assumed that one is encouraged to do Istikhara ONLY if one has some sort of confusion in decision making! Hence, if one is Confident of ones decision one does not make istikhara! is she correct? She suffered asudden unexpected loss,now she is confused should one do istikhara even if one is superconfident about ones decision(all this ofcourse in halaal matters)

I have missed saying takbeer after first tashahhud because of my mistake while reading description of prayer on islamqa.com. I thought i wasn’t suppose to say takbeer after first tashahud and before getting up third rakat. So will all my prayers will not be accepted?
