My question is will our salah get accepted behind an imam who is involved in shirk, i mean associated partners with ALLAH swt?

Sheikh, is this authentic? Abu Umama al-Bahili (Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) was asked as to which supplication (dua) was most quickly accepted? He replied: “In the middle of the night and after the obligatory (fard) prayers.”

This is authentic. It is noteworthy to say that the translation is wrong and it is not “after the obligatory prayers” as this is an innovation. The correct translation is: “at the end of obligatory prayers”! This means before Salam.

At times, in the prayer, the Imam in the takbeer just says Allah, not Allahu akbar. Does this Invidate the prayer of the Imam?

If he says it but in a low voice, the prayer is valid but it must be brought to his attention to stop such a practice.

Shaikh I see in the masjid, during fardh prayer, some grown men who start to take off their jacket mid prayer..is this amount of movement permissible?

If I have time after praying tahajjud prayer while waiting for saying Fajr prayer, can I say dua as zikr instead of sitting on jaynamaz doing nothing?

Yes no problem. Since it is last third of night you can ask plenty of duaas and this is the time of seeking forgiveness.

Is it permissable for me to sit during the khutba if it starts before i have time to pray tahhiyatul masjid. Or must i stand for the duration of the khutba.

You must pray before you sit even if the khutba was ongoing.

I have noticed some people, while reciting the Quran, the lips are sealed and not moving at all, is this accepted?

No, it is not permissible and it doesn’t count. They do this in prayer, their prayer is invalid.

Can we pray 2 rakat sunnah after fajr farz?

If I want to recite surah AL_Alaq in Salah do I have to do sazda right away or it’s OK if I just go to ruku and then do sazda? Like we do other times, the way we always pray? Please tell me.

It is not obligatory to do the sajdah, so you can skip it. If you want to do it, make the sajdah right away.

Reference:Jami` at-Tirmidhi 458 Aishah narrated: “The night prayer of Allah’s Messenger was thirteen Rak’ah, five of which were his Witr, not sitting in any of them except at the end of them. When the Mu’adh-dhin called the Adhan he would stand to perform two light (Rak’ah).” Does this Hadith mean we don’t sit down until last Rakah of witr ?
