my question is related to menstruation,as in india many females during der cycle dnt dispose der napkins immediately rather collect untill d period lasts,,so my doubt is as dey say in washroom der are kafir jinnat and dey gt attracted to females quickly during mensus so what will b d effect when a female keeps her napkin in washroom itself without disposing it until mensus complete

is it not allowed to recite the Qur’an from mobile or tablet during menses? What about reading Surah Kahf on Friday during menses from mobile? And, is it ok to recite for studying as in Ramadan I plan on setting a goal to memorize some Surahs and Is listening to recitation allowed (during menses)?

No problem in using electronic device to read the Qur’an from during your menses.

My menses cycles usually last for about 7 days, I do ghusul the following night and the next day it’s dry but there may be a bit of brownish discharge I still continue to pray and so on, is that permissible? Is it considered blood or?

You must not take ghusul until you see your purity which is either through complete dryness or after seeing the white thread like discharge.

sheikh,it’s 2 months since I delivered baby.i bathed after 40days and prayed.now I saw little blood it’s not thick it’s thin watery type but brownish red in color.i slept through fajr.its dhuhr now and m confused whether to pray.pls advice ASAP

Your post natal bleeding is over after 40th day. If you saw the flow of the blood, this is your menses. If it is only discharge and spotting, this is nothing.

According to hadith if Brown discharge comes after white water it shouldn’t be regarded as impure but if Brown discharge comes after blood mix with white water will it be regarded as impure or it will be pure.

1.Is there a prohibition to cut nails and hair during menstruation. Is there a specific disposal method for the hair (and nails) fallen during period cycles. (should we wash it and bury or any sort?) 2.How should a regular person dispose his/her hair and nails.

If it exceeds 15 days, make ghusul and fast and pray.

i have problems with my period that after the blood finishes i have a long period of time where it is just yellow discharge for about 9 days then the white discharge comes. i asked you about my problem before and you said just wait but i`m scared because every month when my period comes the yellow discharges is for a longer period of time than the last time. what can i do ?

If these yellow discharges are the same after seeing your purity and it is always there even when you are pure, this is the normal vagianal discharge that women get and you should have ghusul as soon as the blood stops and no other discharges are there. But if this only comes after you menses […]
