I had miscarriages last year. The fetus was only 1month old . But After that i have very abnormal periods that last for a long time. After 10days i do ghusl and start praying 5 farz namaaz. Can i also pray nafeel ibaadah like tahajjud, tarawee, eid namaaz, tazbee of Quranic ayats , recite Quran by seeing and fast my missed farz fasts???

I have heard that if a woman gets menses while fasting her fast is broken but she should abstain from eating until the the fast opens. Is this true?

ANSWER: This is baseless. Her fast breaks the minute she gets her menses and she can eat and drink as it is haram for a menstrurating woman to fast.

If a woman wants to finish reading the Quran atleast once in Ramadan, she will read one juz daily. But when she’s on her menses the juz’s which she’ll read from laptop/mobile will those be counted aswell or she has to continue reading after she’s done with her menses and then do her khatam (finish reading the whole Quran)?

ANSWER: No, she should not stop praying until she sees the proper flow of blood. She should change the undergarment, wash the private part, make wudu and then pray.

ANSWER: No. You must only wash those clothes that were stained by the impurity.

If periods are due and one sees the trace of it (for 5 to 6 days)but no real flow then should we treat that as najas and continue praying.

ANSWER: One should not stop praying during these spottings until the proper flow of blood starts. However, this is najis and she must wash it off and perform wudhu before praying.
