Is it permissible to shave the moustache ? Or can it only be trimmed ?

It should be trimmed and not shaved.

My husband’s job involves killing of insects and other pests. Can he have his pants below the ankle only for the purpose of work? Sometimes he has to kill fleas for example and since his pants is above the ankle the fleas start to crawl up on his legs.

He can wear socks underneath, instead of shortening his pants. He may wear these socks on top of the end of his pants.

Can a person with long trouser below their ankle be threatened with fire?

Can you tell me if there is any evidence in quran stating that men are forbidden from wearing gold and silk. And if there is what is the ayat.

There isn’t any mentioning of that in the Quran as there is no mentioning of the number of rakah of all five daily prayers or how to perform them!

Salim ibn ‘Abdullah related from his father (‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar) that the Prophet ﷺ, said, “If someone trails his garment out of arrogance, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Rising.” Abu Bakr said, “Messenger of Allah, one side of my waist wrapper hangs down if I do not attend to that.” The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “You are not one of those who do it out of arrogance.” Could you explain sheikh why scholars still say it’s haram?

Assalamu alaikum It was the Prophet Salla Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam, who exempted him from arrogance. If you have a similar exemption from him, go ahead!

A close friend who will be leaving for her home country soon, wanted to know about the ruling of growing the beard for men. Is it haraam for them to shave? If yes then how can it be haraam if it is sunnah & not mentioned by the Prophet as fardh?
