If an elderly muslim lady dies and has no husbabd and children, her assets will be divided among her 5 sisters and 1 brother, he getting double of sisters.My question is, she has a niece and nephew who are poor, can she give them a proportion as a gift and what is that proportion as she wants to give everything to them.?

She can write a will and give them up to one third of her wealth after her death. She can also give them while alive all or some of what she has.

My grandfather has died has left some inheritance. The family has decided and agreed upon to give more wealth to the poor recipients. While wealthy recipients have shown consent to this idea. Is it permissible? Shouldn’t they first distribute the wealth according to Shariah and then let the wealthy recipients give their share to the poor ones? Is consent of recipient enough for such distribution?

They must first distribute it according to sharia and later on, they can give whatever they want to others.

If your grandfather has a living son after him, this son of his deprives any of you from taking any thing.

Can a man while alive (before death) divide 100% of his wealth between his 2 daughters if he doesn’t have any son. For dat Will he be sinful?

We came to know dat a man during his life time (before death) can divide his own wealth equally between the son and daughter? As we knew death the daughters should get less than the son as per the Sharia? In that case will he not be sinful?

They are all equal when their father’s wealth is distributed! It doesn’t matter whether they have children or not.

if someone’s father dies will they get the property share or they have to wait till the mother dies because the property is not on his fathers name but on both of the parents name?as the mother is also an owner will they get it after the father is dead?

They can get their share from their father’s share while their mother is alive.
