ANSWER: This is totally prohibited! Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said its better to be stabbed in the head by an iron needle than to touch a non mahram!

There is a boy music band called “BTS” and majority of their fans are girls (also muslim girls) so the muslim girls keep calling them cute/handsome and start comparing other muslim boys with them. Shouldn’t girls also lower their gaze? Please clarify

ANSWER: Women are ordered to lower their gaze if the man is fitna for them. What these girls are doing is sinful and not in accordance with Islam.

I live in Norway as a student and currently lives with other non-Muslim students. They want us to share kitchen utensils which I have not yet started. I doubt to use the pots, plates, spoons and knives as they might have been used to cook/eat pork. In this situation, can I use the sharing utensils or I should have my own?

ANSWER: The best would be for you to keep your utensils separate, if this is not possible, you can use the common utensils by washing them thoroughly. You must look for other muslim students and try to live with them.

Applying perfume is haram for woman, but how can she avoid smelling bad while going out? Especially women who sweat a lot.

ANSWER: Smelling bad is better than luring men with her perfume! She can shower daily and apply deodorant which doesn’t emit an odor like perfumes and prevent bad smell.

Can we touch dogs and pigs or they are also najas externally

ANSWER: If you touch a pig, this doesn’t require washing your hands as this is not najis externally. The dog is also not najis except for its saliva and the wetness of its mouth and nose. Nevertheless, no one in his sound mind would touch these two animals or play with them!

Sheikh if someone asks a person what’s your star sign and he says “Leo” but doesn’t believe in it just answered because he was asked is it kufr or will his prayers not be accepted for forty days??

ANSWER: It is not kufr as long as he doesn’t believe in it. However, he is sinful for telling him as there is no benefit from that except for those who believe in it.
