My question is if a girl is only 8 or 10 and has started her period and if she founds it difficult to fast what are the rulings as the fast starts at 2.30am till 9.15p.m?

If it became too hard for her due to her age and she is unable, she may break her fast and make up after Ramadan. However, she should do this on day to day basis as some days she would be able to complete the day without a problem

Is that is it permissible for me to just join my local mosque (which also follows the opinion that it is sufficient that the moon is seen anywhere in the world) even though I think this isn’t the correct way ?or should I stick to the opinion I hold to be right and look for the moon by myself?

The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said: the fasting is the day when you (the community) fast and the break of fast (for Eid) is the day you break your fasting. This means that you should follow the Islamic leadership in your country or the majority of Muslims.

One of the brothers is asking that he is diabetic on 3 insulin shots daily and has hypertension n is on medication for the kidney damage so how does he pay for the fasts in ramadhan? how many people has he to feed and how much per person? and if he doesnt get time to feed them personely can he send to an organization that feeds the poor for iftar to feed on his behalf? shukran

Some say that if someone fast for more than 20 hours then they can break their fast with saudi there is no need for fasting 20 hours.. How far is this true

This is not correct. As long one can distinguish day from night, he must fast.

I wanted to find out im pregnant but the fear that if I miss my fast I will not be able to keep them later on during the year. As I haven’t been able to keep my previous pregnancy fast uptil now my qs is if I keep my fast with the neeyat that I’ll try to keep my fast but as a last resort if I feel really weak at any point during the day then I’ll break it ,would it be a sin?

No, this is not a sin and it is permissible to do

A Muslim woman (non-Arab origin) has domestic duties and wants to finish her quran in the month of ramadan at the same time, but she does not understand arabic so she reads the translation of each verse.this takes a lot of time. people tell her to only recite the arabic part for now and do not concentrate on the translation for now, keep it for later, because there is an immense reward of reciting even one word of quran in this holy month. however, she is not satisfied with recitation only as its hard to guess what the meaning is… also, reading without recitation makes her mind wander off. there is a dilemma… reciting like a parrot without understanding and finishing the whole quran this month OR reading the translation and grasping each and every word but cutting down on the quantity as this way she would be able to finish half of her quran.

Both are good. However, if she finds her heart in cutting the quantity and reading the translation, this is best.

Among the good deeds you can do is: reading the Quran,doing dhikr,giving charity,memorize Quran ,hadiths,offering food ,praying taraweeh,attending lessons and so on.

Sheikh, When a women gets her period before noon(zuhr) she has to break her fast. Is it the same if she gets it after Zuhr? Does she have to keep that fast again if after zuhr?

If a woman gets her menses few seconds before sunset, this day is not counted and she must make up for that day.

I have read that if you feel last drops a lot then it is probably the shaytan who is whispering. I but it is ramdan and the shaytans are locked up right? I have So is this still an illusion or do have to go to a doctor.
