If I say something that implies divorce, but I am not sure whether I intended it or not, what is the ruling on that? I am a man who has problems of forgetfulness and waswasah and uncertainty to a large extent. Am I to be blamed for some of what I say?

Is that allowed for a women to ask divorce from her husband, because he is not loving her from heart. He just fulfill his desire and leaves her.. Can she ask for divorce?

It is your right to have children and if he insists on not having any,you may file for divorce.

My husband tore the Nikah paper having the intention of divorce, but he didn’t say it to me verbally, that “you are divorced” so my question is that are we still married or it’s considered a divorce?

Tearing the contract is not divorce. You are still married.

A sister was given divorce/talaaq through a text message to her which was sent to her and her father’s email. And when the father went to ask the man (i.e. his daughters husband) and his family about it they said the text message… …was true and the man (the girls husband) did not want to speak about it any further. Is this marriage now fully over? Are they Islamically divorced now? Will there need to be further actions taken?

If the man said clearly that he intended it, the divorce is valid and after the three menses, if he doesn’t reconcile with her, she can remarry again but it is highly recommended that the divorce is documented from the court or the Islamic center.
