I am a doctor from Iraq. I took my wife and my only daughter to visit her family, and on our way back we were in my car, and I hit a hole containing a mine which caused the car to roll over and I lost consciousness because of bleeding in the brain. As for my daughter, they said that she died less than one hour after the accident, and my wife died approximately 10 hours afterwards, as they say. I hope that you can explain to me the following matters: 1. Am I regarded as having killed my wife and daughter?2. What are the consequences for me of this matter and what is my situation with regard to inheritance?

Sheikh, I want know , what will be the ruling of a person driving a car with 10 persingers and had an accident. And they all died is he going to past for all of them or make it a 60 days fasting of kaffara ?

If the police say that it was his mistake, he has to fast 2 consecutive months for each person who has died and pay the blood money (diyyah).

I was fasting as an expiation for breaking an oath. I woke up for fajr. After doing wudu, I realized that there is some more time left for Athaan. So I decided to take a short slumber as I was quite tired. But I woke up after sunrise. I prayed the fajr immediately after doing wudu again. Is my fasting for those days valid?

If I’ve an intention of fasting, do i have to stop eating or drinking when I hear the first athan of Fajr, or should I wait for the second one?

I’m making qada of ramadan fastings.i have a question. few minutes( 2 or 3 minutes) before maghrib time if see menses is my fastng broken?? should make up this fast again or it is valid??

If you get your menses seconds before sunset, your fasting is not valid.

It is sunnah to take fasting on monday and thursday, if they have some invitation,do they reject because of fasting,or attend as fasting or not to take fasting on that days and eat food they serve as a part of happiness?which is better?

The Sunnah is to keep on fasting and you attend the invitation and pray for them without breaking your fast. But if you want to eat and break your fast, this is permissible.

Ramadan starts when the new moon is sighted

If a sister is used to fast every Mondays and Thursdays and her husband agreed on that and she should not ask him every time she fasts,but its happened that in a morning he approach her and they have intercourse.Will Allah count a daily fast for her as she was used to do this (ie.fasting)and she only obey her husband without telling him that it is a fasting day.

Yes! Pleasing her husband is more rewarded than fasting that day and she will be given the reward of her intention to fast.

I have pending ramadaan fasts. So before completing those fasts if I keep other nawafil fasts for eg 9th and 10th of muhharram then will these nawafil fasts be considered as they are or they will be counted into my pending ramadaan fasts?

I am keeping my qada fasting of ramadan.yesterday night i made niyyah but i did not wake up for suhur.as i made niyaa so i contin ue fasting wihout suhur.is this fasting is valid?( generally i do suhur with a glass of water and date, i dnt eat heavy food.
