Can I divorce my wife if im not attracted to her any more? Also I promised her I will take care of her and by divorcing her, would this be a sin?

You have to fix your problems. You can not throw her away only by that. Divorce should be the last option. Tomorrow, someone will marry your daughter and may treat her in the same fashion or worse.

After marriage contract (aqd) they did not consummate but engaged in foreplay. Then the girl wanted divorce saying she does not like the guy. So the guy was forced to divorce. Will she have iddah? And what shall be done with mahar? And is her mother a mahram forever?

Yes, the iddah must be done! If she is initiating the separation, she must give back the maher and this would be khulu. Her mother is a mahram to him forever.

it is the duty of ex husband to maintain for divorced Muslim woman? because I saw a video by zakir naik there is not maintainable by ex husband please clarify by Quran and Hadees ?

He has to spend on her until her iddah is over. After that she is a stranger to him.

I am a wife that left her husband because he beat me and threw me out,I’ve been home for three menstrual cycle and he has refused to divorce or take care me, am I to still do iddah if he finally divorces me no matter how long or if its after three menstrual cycles I don’t need to perform iddah all over again.

If she asks for divorce, and he divorces her, she has no rights on him after he divorces her and she is out of her iddah! Her children however do! He must provide for them a shelter, education, food and clothes and all what they need!

My girl friend (Christian) converted to Islam and married a Muslim man and they also had children. After couple of years, she got to know he’s married another woman without her knowledge. When she got to about this, she left his home and it has been 9 years since she walked out of that house. This man has been visiting them once or twice in a year and provides for the maintenance of the children only. Also they haven’t had any physical relationship since she left home. Can you please advice if this marriage is still valid? If yes, can she ask him to divorce her? I’ll be extremely grateful if you can help out.

A person got married and after one year, the couple had a baby boy. The girl was suffering from a disease Tuberculosis before and after marriage which no one new except her parents and her.
