Can my sister leave her teenage daughter with their step dad and go to umrah wiht her brother?

If he is to be trusted, this is permissible as he is her Mahram.

My wife went to her parents home saying she will return back after 3 to 7 days, But she did not return. Its almost 9 months now. My son is only 1 year 2 months now. I did not send her any money during this time. Now I think, she will not return. I know that I don’t have to pay her Nafaqa, as I asked her not to leave and inquired when is she returning, she said she would return but it turns out to be lie everytime. I would like to know should I wait until she ask Khul from me to send my sons Nafaqa. Am I zalim if I am not paying my sons nafaqa until now. Note : Divorce had not happen until now.

You are sinful for not sending the nafaqah of your son. You don’t have to divorce her as she is the one who left. You can wait until she files for khul’a.

Who has to look after teenage girls after divorce, the mother or the father? Bearing in mind the father is now remarried but the mother still single.

The issue of custody is decided by the Islamic judge. Most likely, the father gets her custody as she is a grown up adult now and she is his honor!

A Muslim brother committed fornication with a non married non Muslim woman and had a child from that. How should the family of the brother act towards the child? For example, should the family make the child a part of the family and say the child belongs to them? or should they have nothing to do with the child?

They can take care of him but he is a bastard meaning that he can’t inherit or have his father’s name. He is not related to that family!

Can a woman place this condition at nikah, that she will take full custody of the children in case of divorce and allow their father to visit them only after her permission, and in return she exempts him from bearing their expenses in any way?

The child should be with the mother unless she gets married. If she gets married, her father or her paternal grandmother should take her custody. This depends on the judgment of the Islamic judge.
