Can SADAQAH (Charity) be given to anyone? I mean in India, there are poor Muslims but majority of them are Bareillvies, who are involved in grave worship etc. So, can we give them SADAQAH because to find a POOR MUSLIM who is on a TRUE PATH is very difficult ?

My grandmother has passed away. I would like to do some sadaqa jaria for her so she will get reward. I am thinking of buying 100 qurans( from my money) and give them to people who visit the Janasa house. So when they read the quran the reward will go to my grandmother. Is this ok in Islam? Company transfers me in bank account some money because of my visa change and I have to give that money back to them because it is mutual understanding between company and me. Unfortunately I feel I have some money with me which I didn’t pay back to company. After sometime I realized that this was company money with me then I confirm from my account department two-three times but they told me -you don’t have any balance pending. My maternal uncle  died and he has  3 daughters and 1 son. All are students. 1 daughter is mentally challenged. Now all family members wanted to get involved and marry his daughters whose ages are 19 and 15 .My uncle did n’t had any property nor source of income .
