If some good happens to somebody and it grieves me , is this hypocrisy?

No, this is envy which is a major sin.

I want to know whether asking a help to jinn haram or is it shirk ? some of my friends are saying that asking a help to jinn without praying to them is not shirk but it is haram only i want a correct answer.?

It is not permissible to seek the assistance of Jinn whether present or absent as this is Shirk.

The prophet salallahu alahi wa sallam forbade any man to sleep alone{Ahmad al Musnad 2/91} Is this case apply for woomen too? I hear some pleople said that if u have an empty room where is a bed inside u must put up the mattress becose if not the djins will sleep there

This is recommended not to sleep alone but it is not forbidden. As for putting the mattress up, this has no evidence in the Sunnah to back it up to my knowledge.
