ANSWER: No, this is not sufficient. You need to observe the athkar of the morning, evening, after fard prayers, before going to bed and before leaving the house and you will be protected in Sha Allah.

It is a common belief that both Surahs Al Naas and Al Falaq were revealed to unlock the black magic inflicted on Rasool Allah SAW.
