You must not touch your beard. You can shave the hair on the neck and below the eyes which are above the cheek bones.

You can bleach your eyebrows providing you cover them so non mahram can’t see it.

You are allowed to stand and to sit upright. You must stand and pray but don’t bow down below the level you are not allowed to.

The beard by definition is the hair that grows on the jaw and cheeks. Hair under the eyes or on the cheek bones are not part of it.

If she wears it alone or in front her mahrams this is permissible.

Makeup is permissible providing not to wear it in front of non mahram.

Women are not allowed in order not to attract men as they are a big fitnah for them while men are not! Besides, women can wear perfumes providing they don’t come in contact with non mahram men.
