If the couple wants to break the marriage for such a reason and it was proven medically without any doubt that sick children would result from such a marriage, they can break their marriage for such a reason.

However, if it is not medically proven and though the possibility is there, it is best to depend on Allah and supplicate to Him to grant them healthy children.
