If I am not sinful for not praying the sunnah prayers before zuhr then why I am sinful for not praying Tahiyatul Masjid?

ANSWER: Because tahiyatul masjid is mandatory while the sunnah prayers are voluntary! The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam prohibited you from sitting down before offering it.

My question is if i came to masjid and i see the first row is full can i pray in second row alone or i have to pull the man back who is praying in the first row

ANSWER: If the front row is full then you must pray alone in the second row and not pull anyone back from the first row as this is prohibited.

Sheikh If a wife is trying her best to obey her husband,always trying to do what he likes, appreciating him but d husband is always shouting and complaining,never over looking a small mistake but she remains patient and continue trying. Will she be sinful because her husband is not satisfied?

ANSWER: If she’s doing her best yet he’s not satisfied, she’s not sinful. Allah will reward her for her patience and will punish him for his ingratitude.

Is it mandatory for a third person to reply salam? Will he be sinful if he didn’t respond?

ANSWER: The question is not clear. If someone says salam to a group of people, even if a single person replies, this is sufficient and others won’t be sinful if they didn’t.

I’m not interested in having a baby right now as I’m studying. My husband has agreed to it. I’ve been having OCP for 1 year which is making me sick. Doctor’s advised me to substitute OCP with a condom as. I’ve stopped taking OCP. But I can’t trust condoms as they may rupture anytime; as me & my 2 elders were born accidentally from our parents with ruptured condoms. I’m prevent him for few months?

ANSWER: This is not permissible for you to delay giving him his rights in bed! Refusing him means that the angels curse you every night till the break of dawn! What life is this for a husband who can’t get his rights because his wife wants to study?

Shaykh. If we are in a state of impurity and time for salah is running out, can we do tayammum instead of ghusl?

Respected sheikh is it true that if a person is punished in the grave his punishment is lessened in the hereafter. Is there any evidence for this in quran and sunnah.

ANSWER: This is with Allah. No one is admitted into Jannah until they are purified from their sins. They could be punished in their graves until they are purified from their sins or, they could also go to hell temporarily, or Allah could forgive them altogether.

Considering the haraam relationships (basically, Girlfriend and boyfriend relationship) in which there is only chatting on WhatsApp.. I got know from you that this type of relationship is haraam.. Now my question is, does it make sense to keep such haraam relations with the intent of not hurting other’s feelings? Basically to keep such re because if he breaks up… this gonna hurt girl’s feeling ?

ANSWER: You have a choice between two things: Break all communications in order to please Allah even if this hurts her feelings. Or Don’t hurt her feelings but end up in hell as a result! The choice is yours.

If my husband is shouting on my mother in law in front of me with words like, “use your brain otherwise don’t irritate me, you are brainless and so our maternal relatives”, as his wife, what should i do? And if i don’t say anything because of the fear that my husband might fight with me, am i wrong? Please help.
