If the 3 conditions of seeking forgiveness isn’t fulfilled and a person without any regret or trying to stop that sin , asks Allah for forgiveness, will be his/her forgiveness accepted?

ANSWER: Repentance is not valid if he doesn’t feel remorse.

My aged father (69) plans to make an 18 hour train journey alone, Delhi to Bihar (India) and back. Can we (his family) advise him to delay prayer and not to pray in public place as we fear for his life because Hindu mobs are forming left and right if they get triggered by any small thing such as a Muslim’s prayer and a single man does not stand a chance to such bruteless mobs.

ANSWER: He must pray on time as such fears are not real and we can’t simply abandon prayers for such a reason. He can combine prayers as prescribed.

ANSWER: It wasn’t reported to us that the prophet salla allahu alaihi wa sallam used to close his eyes while in prostration. Therefore, one shouldn’t do that unless there is a legitimate reason for that.

Is it ok to read Quran from a mushaf during qiyam layl if WE didn’t memorize enough surats?

i’ve been wearing abaya since 8th and now I’m in 12th and live in uae.. for 2 exams we will have from indian board people as invigilators and they said they wont let me write exam if i wear abaya for exam.. i don’t wanna remove my abaya and im afraid they wont let me attend the exams .. sheikh can u pls advice me what should i do?
