Wa alaikumsalam wa rahmatullaahi wa barakatuhu,

Only Allah knows whether he can or can’t fast. He may feed if he is unable to fast.

Assalamu alaikum wa rehmatAllah If a person has committed zina in ramadan and is not able to fast for two consecutive months, can he feed 60 poor people instead to atone?

Asalamalikum Sheikh Ramadan Kareem – if one can’t fast due to health (diabetes) I understand that one has to feed a person for 30 days (Fidiyah) – does that rule still apply if one is in debt.
