Assalamu alaikum, kindly explain the blood moon that is occuring on the 15th April 2014 Insha Allah.Some christian faiths claim it is a prophecy in Christianity! I am a revert and I am curious.Btw I have learnt a lot through your programmes! JazakAllah khair!

Sir I want to ask you wether it is permissible to do extra ibaadah and give sweets, clean the house/scent the house, qayam al layl etc. Because I am from Bangladesh and all my family does it too.
