A man is responsible to look after his wives and children’s needs, regardless of her working or not.

are there differences of opinion regarding if a hudband should provide basic needs for his wife even if she is working or receiving government benefits? Or is he always obliged to provide regardless of her situation?

I am a mother with 5 kids and a wife of a husband who has been married with him for 26 years. I am currently in a situation with my husband who does not provide for me and my kids, he does so now and then. I have been patient for 20 years but he somehow provides for his brothers and sisters without fail. I’ve tried convincing him for too long. Any advice?

sheikh, in our society the parents of male groom doesn’t do the congrats of marriage date fixing because they are dominant being the family of a boy. Therefore my family has decided we will not give them the call of congrats otherwise they would feel themselves superior and we Don wanna support their dominancy nd pride bcz in islam all are equal .
