This is not permissible and one should not do it.

A common thing which people utter is the cursing of Shaytaan, e.g. Palestinians commonly say “Allah yil’an ishaytaan” and Egyptions commonly say “Allah yil’an shaytaanak”. Is this permissable/fine to say or wrong?
