It is not halal as he is disobeying the law.

I live with my parents in UAE and I earn 2200 AED. My dad can’t work heavy work due to illness. So, he does a small job like dropping staff to office and to home, which is not a permanent job. I think ,UAE doesn’t allow like this kind of work because his visa is not of this work. His sponsoring company doesn’t have work for him. We have put visa from them just to make his stay in UAE legal. Is this work halal?

One of our brothers will teach in a mixed medical college. He hates mixed education and al’hamduliLLAH practicing Deen. One of the reasons of his going there is that he has already agreed to work there. Secondly, his family lives there, Thirdly he will be condemning them for their ‘aml, Fourthly, It will be his temporary job, he will shift as soon as he gets any better opportunity that will be good for his Deen. Is it allowed for him to work there?
