Sheikh, is a person sinful if he spends the large amounts of money he needs to spend (valid) with the intention that if He delays spending it then he will have to give zakat on it.So he spends it before the date he calculates the zakat.

I’ve had money over the nisab for nearly a year so I know I have to pay 2.5% of that. But I’m confused about what to do with any new gifted money I may get. This money isn’t over the nisab and I spend it sometimes so if I get different amounts on different dates how do I work out the zakaah? If it totals up to the nisab after a few months do I start counting a year from then?

I have money and my wife has gold.money exceed jakat nisab,but total gold does not,Does i need to give jakat on money +gold,or only money? I only gave zakat on money not the gold,because gold quantity does not exceed nisab.do i need to sum them all and give jakat on it.
