This is permissible but not in congregation.

After reading and completing the qur’aan, is it permissible to make a general dua?

By the grace of Allah i am a Quran hafiza..my Question is it permissible for me to recite the Quran and touch the arabic text without wudhu most of the time i read during the day?And also can i continue my hifz even when am in my menses i know about both the views but is it allowed for me to touch the mu-saf (i mean the arabic text) aswell? Since everytime mistakenly in my menses i touch the arabic text and it becomes very difficult for me to avoide not touching it.
