As for the deodorant, if it is before making the intention of Ihram, it is permissible. But if it is after the intention, this is not permissible.

As for the Vaseline, it is permissible to apply as it is not considered to be perfume. Scratching is permissible while in the state of Ihram.

Can we apply deodarant while in the state of ihram as I perspire a lot and sometimes I can smell it and also can we use vaseline petroleum jelly as due to dryness body itches a lot and is in ihram we do not have to itch intentionally?
