It is permissible to use scissors to cut the hair but it should be from all part of the head.

I know its preferable to shave the hair completely after performing umrah, but also if you cut the hair low/ trim is allowed? My question is that, can I use a scissors to cut/ trim the hair even though I can’t touch all the hair. Is this permissible?
