So Shaykh does this mean the Prophet ( Peace and Blessings of Allah Be Upon Him) would respond everytime when we send Salaam because I believe he is not alive so how can he respond us back. Please clarify

The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam is not alive the life he used to have while he was with us. He is in Dar AL Barzakh which is a transitional phase between Dunya and the hereafter.
In another hadeeth, Allah had appointed an angle conveying the salams of people to him.
He is alive but he is unaware of what is going on in our lives.
