ANSWER:

It is not permissible to delay isha till tahajjud. The last time for praying isha is the Islamic midnight.

I want to start waking up at Tahajjud time and also stay awake until after Fajr and sunrise. The issue is that Isha is at like 11pm in the UK and Fajr is at like 2:30pm. Is it possible for me to go sleep after Maghreb time and pray Isha at Tahajjud time?

Sheikh, the hadith of ibn khuzaymah on prophet SAW tying his hands on the chest which is hasan as stated in islamqa but darul uloom fatwa member in my place in india told me that the hadith is daeef becoz the isnaad muammal bin ismail is munkaral hadith stated by imam al bukhari they have evidence for it.
