He cannot force you to marry anyone without your consent and also there’s no marriage without his consent. Talk to your mother and tell her about your wish and let her talk to your father in a wise and mature manner and in Sha Allah he will agree if this guy is a practicing Muslim who will take care of you. If he insists on such a concept, you can approach the Muslim court and complain to the judge who would assign another guardian for you from your own family to marry you off. 

My father says he cannot let me marry outside family and go far. that our’family’is how I stay close to him and its only good and others do not live like us with respect and togetherness.I recieved a proposal and I find it suitable for me.want to marry him too.i dont want to marry my cousin dt my father wants me to.Father isnt agreeing.
