If he lives between Makkah and the meeqat, his place of Ihram is his home and he can make hajj tamattu!

My brother residing between Makka and mikaath,is he allowed to do hajj-e-tamattu, if yes then is it required for him to go to mikaath or can he wear ihram from his home, please reply urgently may Allah reward you,

how many total tawaf and saee are in haj qiran.plz tell me I’m too much confused. If i do haj qiran,what will be tawaf e qudoom.is this tawaf of umrah or I’ll perform umrah and then tawaf e qudoom plz plz make it clear.I’ve read in a book that there are 4 tawaf.
