You can perform Hajj for her only if you nave performed hajj for yourself before! You intend it in the beginning for your sister by saying: labayka allahuma hajjan on behalf of my sister.

1st question . How do I make intention for hajj for my sister that passed away. 2nd .can I make umrah for myself after the hajj period which I intend to perform for my sister? While still in makkah?If yes how please 3rd. After tawaful ifadah do i have to be back in mina before maghrib?

When a person comes back from Hajj, if he or she did not commit any obscenity or evil. 2. When a person reverts to Islam.
