If I do not concentrate in nafl (not mandatory) prayer, will not I get any reward?

I have the habit of reciting any surah like if morning adhkar I recite ayatul kursi,the kul surah… and blew it to my parents and sisters and kids. Will they be saved like me if i blew it on them?
