ANSWER:

Allah made fasting related to day and night. Once the Fajr breaks, he must fast until the sun sets. How can he follow Saudi Arabia and break his fast while the sun is visible? Can he pray Maghreb then? 

My cousin lives in Norway where the fajr time is around 2:30am and magrib 10:00pm. The saum is almost 20hrs. In such extremity can he follow saudia time for fasting? If not, please advice any alternative.
