ANSWER:

If you can see the sunset visually, you may break your fast. But if you can’t, you should depend on the athan as this is the masjid’s responsibility, unless you are certain that they too are depending on apps. In this case, follow Umm Al Qura timetable. 

In Bangladesh,magrib adhan is given 5 minutes after sunset. if I eat iftar accoring to Internet timing of sunset that is before adhan,would it be right?

My cousin lives in Norway where the fajr time is around 2:30am and magrib 10:00pm. The saum is almost 20hrs. In such extremity can he follow saudia time for fasting? If not, please advice any alternative.
