ANSWER:

Her consent is not required for getting her daughter married. If the father is dead and a girl doesn’t have brothers, her paternal grandfather or uncles will take over the guardianship. 

Is it permissible for the mother to conduct her daughters marriages if she doesn’t have any son and her husband died?
