It appears to me that this is a normal leasing or renting for a period of 24 months. There doesn’t seem anything wrong in it as you are not buying the car but only leasing it.

I get a car on lease and pay £1,000 no refundable deposit and £200 per month for 24 months and give the car back. Is this under Riba?
