ANSWER:

As long as you washed it, it is pure and there is no problem in praying in it and the stain has no impact on its purity.

Clothes stained with haydh/menses after washing sometimes still have discoloration (i.e white clothes turn yellowish/brown) are they still considered impure? And do i have to wash them till they clear out before i could use it?
